As a therapist working with new mothers during the postpartum stage, my emphasis is on addressing mental health concerns, including postpartum depression and anxiety. I strive to create a supportive environment where mothers feel comfortable discussing their emotional well-being, navigating the challenges of new motherhood, and developing coping strategies for issues such as sleep deprivation and heightened stress. Integrating evidence-based interventions, I work collaboratively with clients to foster resilience, promote self-care, and address any concerns that may arise during this critical period of adjustment, ensuring a healthy transition into motherhood.
